1. The service
SignalSuite provides browser-based quality-assurance assistance. Results are evidence and recommendations, not guarantees that a form will submit, an email will deliver, a campaign will convert, or a website will comply with any law or third-party policy.
2. Authorized use
You may analyze pages and previews you own or are authorized to review. You may not use the products to bypass access controls, collect personal data without authorization, scrape services at scale, interfere with a third-party platform, or violate applicable law or platform terms.
3. Licenses and device limits
A license is bound to one product and one plan. FormSignal keys begin with FS- and EmailSignal keys begin with ES-. Solo supports one active device and Agency supports up to five active devices. License keys may not be resold or publicly shared. Deactivation releases a device seat.
4. Subscriptions
Plans are billed annually through Paddle. Pricing and renewal details are shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal but access may continue through the paid period. Refunds and chargebacks can revoke access immediately.
5. Third-party services
HubSpot, Klaviyo, Chrome and Paddle are independent third parties. Their products, interfaces and policies may change. SignalSuite is not responsible for third-party availability.
6. Availability and changes
We may update checks to improve accuracy or respond to platform changes. Material changes to data handling will be disclosed before they take effect. We may suspend abusive or fraudulent licenses.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. You remain responsible for human review, testing and launch decisions. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product during the preceding 12 months, except where law prohibits that limitation.
