1. What the extensions analyze
FormSignal and EmailSignal analyze the current page only after you invoke the extension. The analysis occurs locally in your browser. SignalSuite does not receive or store form values, typed text, HubSpot contacts, email HTML or copy, email links, customer profile data, preview URLs, or browsing history.
2. License and purchase records
To issue and validate a paid license, our service stores the product and plan purchased, Paddle transaction/customer/subscription identifiers, a one-way hash of the license key, license status, paid-through dates, and a one-way hash of a random installation identifier. We do not store browser fingerprints.
3. Payments
Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, tax and payment details under its own privacy terms. SignalSuite receives transaction status and identifiers through signed webhooks. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
4. Operational events
The license service stores webhook event IDs, event type, payload hash, processing status and timestamps to prevent duplicate license issuance and investigate payment-state errors. Application logs must not contain license keys, claim nonces, payment-card data, form values or email content.
5. Retention
Purchase, subscription, refund and chargeback records are retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Active license and device-seat records are retained while the license is active. Deactivated installation hashes and operational events may be retained for up to 24 months for abuse prevention and support.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the site and license service, Paddle for payments, or authorities when legally required.
7. Your choices
You can remove a license from a device, request a device-seat reset, or request access, correction or deletion of eligible account data through the contact page. Some transaction records must be retained for legal obligations.
